I worked with Brian Oakes on motion design for this Peabody-winning documentary on Charles and Ray Eames, creating a house of cards from their legendary and fun interlocking-card set, but adding imagery from the film and the feel of the era.

Designed for print & motion for REAGAN – Eugene Jarecki’s HBO feature documentary reexamining the life of our 40th President. We selected photos that echoed the film’s unique look at man and myth, a type strong enough to represent his impact (both real and imagined), and a minimal approach to get out of the way of the material.

Reagan debuted at Sundance in January 2011 in the documentary premieres category and broadcast on HBO in February 2011.
